Guitars

I am really passionate about guitars and spend a lot of time researching for the best. I like to see all of the guitars, but I am also interested in who plays them and what they like about them. The sound of the guitar is also really important. This is definitely something I naturally spend a lot of time doing.

My favorite guitar brands

Gibson

Gibson is definitely number one and my two favorite guitars are the Gibson Explorer™ and the Gibson Flying V™. Both guitars were launched in 1958, and here we are 60 years later, with both guitars still enormously popular with musicians from all genres. It is definitely a classic guitar.

Check out these three guitars – a Jackson Randy Rhoads. Gibson Flying V and Explorer.

Jackson guitars are great too. I love the Floyd Rose and my favorite is the Randy Rhoads, because I love the shape. The person who designed it is Randy Rhoads, so it’s obviously named after him. He was in Ozzy Osbourne’s band and he wrote the song Crazy Train – check it out below. Sadly, he died in a plane crash while on tour and in my opinion, was one of the great guitarists. He was only 25 years old when he died.

ESP guitars are good quality and there are two that I really like – the ESP brand and and the LTD brand. My favorite is definitely the Arrow-1000. It’s similar to the Randy Rhoads Jackson guitar. Metallica use ESP guitars a lot on stage and in their recordings.

I don’t know as much about the PRS Guitars but I like they way they look. I like the fretboard  with birds. I see a lot of musicians using PRS guitars and my favorite is the CUSTOM 24 “FLOYD” PRS. It looks great with a Floyd Rose.

BC Rich is not a bad guitar. Slayer uses them, as well as Slash from Gun N’ Roses. I saw Sash play two of the BC Rich guitars at the concert in Singapore. One of them looked so cool, and if Slash likes them, I’m sure I would too.

Finally, check out WARLOCK USA CUSTOM SHOP LIMITED EDITION. It has a really cool design.
